Application

Application for Membership (“the Application”) must:

(a) be in writing; 

(b) set out the applicant’s full name and address, 

(c) be signed by the applicant him/herself or a duly authorised officer of the applicant; 

(d) be in the format as decided by the Board; 

(e) be lodged with the Secretary of the Company; and 

(f) enclose the entrance fee (if applicable). 

In the event that a Board meeting is not scheduled to be held within one calendar month of receipt of the application, a resolution may be forwarded for consideration of the Board without a meeting being held, in accordance with clause 28.5 

The Board may accept or reject any Application without assigning any reason. Final decision on the application is made in the next General Meeting and shall be announced on the agenda for the meeting.
